Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB465(HES) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 14. Objection was heard. Representative Vezey rose to a point of order. The Speaker cautioned the member to confine remarks to the motion.
